Chana Jor Chaat

Serve this immediately after preparation otherwise, it will become soggy if you are preparing for guests then prepare all the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then mix them just before serving so that it remains crunchy.
2 cups chana jor
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1/2 cucumber, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate pearls
1/4 cup sprouts
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp chaat masala
2 tbsp tamarind chutney
In a wide bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well.
Transfer the chana jor in a serving bowl and serve immediately.
