An absolutely simple, healthy yet delectable dessert that goes perfectly with a cup of coffee or tea.

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup instant oats
1/2 cup powdered jaggery
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 banana, chopped
1/2 cup curd
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
For Ganache –
1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup milk chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp fresh cream
In a blender jar, add all these ingredients and blend till it has a smooth consistency.
Now pour the batter into the greased pan.
Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Let the cake cool down and it’s ready to be served.
In a bowl, add dark and milk chocolate with hot fresh cream. Let it stand for a minute.
Or microwave the chocolate with fresh cream on high for a minute.
Then mix the chocolate with the help of a spatula.
Apply the ganache to the top of the cake.
Cut into slices and serve.
