Chaas is also known as buttermilk and is a very healthy and refreshing Indian desi drink. It is a blend of yoghurt flavoured with spices. It is a very popular drink in India during summer.
It can also be known as Spiced Indian Buttermilk!!
Masala Chaas is an ideal summer drink that gives a soothing effect on your body and mind.
Preferably this tastes great when chilled.
This drink is always healthier than juices and other drinks.
And also, masala chaas is a low-calorie and low-carb drink that is also great for weight loss, as it will keep you full and satiated for longer periods.
It is a very light drink and goes well with any Indian meal and is a great body coolant.

Ingredients:
1 cup curd
2 cups water, cold
1-inch ginger
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
1 green chilli
Black salt to taste
1 tsp cumin powder


Instructions:
Blend everything together in a mixie jar grinder till it’s smooth and serve chilled.
