It’s fruity, creamy, satisfying and incredibly easy to make! Just toss a few simple ingredients in your blender and a few minutes later, you’ve got this frosty treat to drink!!
Quick and easy to make and you can have it as a mid-morning snack as well or make it as an after-school snack for your kids.
This is such a simple smoothie recipe and yet it tastes incredibly decadent.

1 banana, chopped
1/2 mango, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp quick oats
5-6 cashew nuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp honey
1 cup milk
Few ice cubes
Add banana, mango, oats, almonds, cashew nuts, cinnamon powder, chia seeds, honey, milk and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
